Today we are making The Bomb Slowcooker Sloppy Joes. I adapted my The Bomb Vegan Sloppy Joes to the slow cooker and added quinoa and other yummy ingredients. It came together quickly and I’m hoping to enjoy it for lunch this whole week. I’m on a healthy lifestyle kick at the moment and know if I don’t plan I will binge on Pirate’s Booty instead of a meal.
